Do you have extensive RADAR DSP, algorithm, and hardware experience and want to lead a multidisciplinary team to build one from the ground up? We are looking for a highly skilled engineer to provide Technical & Programmatic leadership. You will be leading teams in multi-domain environments. Need to be very driven, creative, flexible, and comfortable handling many open-ended assignments. The applicant will work with program leadership, customers, vendors, and other business areas to ensure on-time deliverables of hardware and software products while also guiding and mentoring a team to design and build a complex RADAR system. Updating processes and tools for the sector will be a function of this position.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team. IPTs spanning RADAR, mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, systems, and test engineering. The projects here push the limits in all of these areas. Understanding the interactions between the different domains is critical. You’ll guide and own trade studies to determine the best design.
