Job Description BAE Systems, one of the world's leading defense contractors and a stable Fortune 500 Company, is seeking detailed oriented and highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Line Driver in the Materials Handling Department at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN. We have multiple positions available. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to transporting material via trailer throughout the plant, performing daily inspections of vehicle (Tractor-Trailer), keeping up with paperwork associated with job, and communicating with other departments. Physical Demands include climbing in and out of truck at least 25 times per shift. Potential to handle up to 60 lbs. boxes. Mental and/or Visual Demands: Keeping track of pulls that need to be made, remaining calm if you fall behind, keeping eyes on task at hand. Working Conditions: Job requires you to be outside while hooking and unhooking trailers. Special Notes: This job requires the ability to be able to back a trailer into some tight areas.
