BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems (SMS) is seeking a Test Engineer to support integration, verification, and validation of advanced radar systems. This role focuses on executing test activities across development and integration environments, ensuring system performance meets requirements and supporting transition from development into production.
The Test Engineer works closely with systems, hardware, and software teams to plan and execute testing, analyze results, and resolve issues in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Support execution of system integration and test activities for radar programs.
- Ensure alignment between requirements and verified system performance.
- Contribute to successful development, integration, and production transition.
- Improve test processes, data analysis, and overall test efficiency and rigor.
- Support development and execution of test plans, procedures, and test campaigns.
- Perform system, subsystem, and component-level testing in lab and integration environments.
- Collect, process, and analyze test data to evaluate radar system performance.
- Support integration activities across hardware, software, and firmware components.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document test anomalies and system issues.
