For over 45 years, since the inception of GPS, NSS has led the market. Starting with the world’s first GPS receiver, NSS has achieved many firsts in this industry including the first airborne receiver, the first handheld receiver, and the first weapon receiver. NSS also leads the industry by providing the smallest, lowest power military receivers and the most robust anti-jam products in the world. Supported by an organization of over 900 people, NSS employs the most capable people in the country. The Navigation and Sensor Systems (NSS) Programs/Portfolio Director will lead one of four NSS product portfolios and continue to drive the growth and the success of the business.
NSS is in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where BAE Systems has invested in a new 280,000 square foot state of the art design and manufacturing facility.
