from BAE Systems careersJob Description BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of professionals as an F35 Field Service Engineer (FSE). The qualified candidate will provide Engineering support, maintenance, debug, Hardware/Software integration and general System Integration Lab (SIL) support on-site in Manchester and Nashua, NH. The primary responsibility of this full-time role will be to support Engineering on HW/SW development, testing, and troubleshooting of Electronic Warfare Systems. A key aspect of this role involves becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on our Electronic Support Measure (ESM) and Countermeasures test benches, RF Stimulators and automated test lines – supporting their operation, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. The Engineer will also provide crucial day-to-day support for the SIL, ensuring its smooth operation and assisting development teams using the lab's resources. Expect to spend time both in the lab and travelling to customer sites to resolve issues, perform upgrades, and provide training. The Field Service Engineer must display strong interpersonal communication skills, work as a member of a dedicated team, build technical relationships with the F35 community, Government customer, contractors, BAE Systems Program Management as well as representing the company in a professional manner.
