Job Description Job Summary:
As an HR Experience, Compliance, and Process Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing HR initiatives that drive employee onboarding, compliance, and process excellence. You will work closely with our HR team, business partners, and stakeholders to identify areas for opportunities and implement solution and programs that enhance the employee experience.

Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Intelligence & Security (I&S), based in McLean, Virginia, designs and delivers advanced defense, intelligence, and security solutions that support the important missions of our customers. As an HR Experience, Compliance, and Process Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing HR initiatives that drive employee onboarding, compliance, and process excellence. You will work closely with our HR team, business partners, and stakeholders to identify areas for opportunities and implement solution and programs that enhance the employee experience.
Onboarding and Employee Experience:
- Take ownership in managing, enhancing, and deploying best in class solutions for our onboarding portfolio to include new hires, managers, and other key talent segments
- Regularly practice, initiate, and synthetize data to identify trends and deliver HR interventions that improve our employee programs
- Deliver interactive sessions that inform and engage employees using strong facilitation skills to convey important information in an impactful way
- Develop processes that identify compliance program trends (ER, Accommodations, Leaves), make recommendations, conduct investigations and work confidential cases as required
- Be well versed in policies and practices to drive initiatives that optimize processes related to employee relations, benefits, compliance programs, and company governance
Process Excellence and Project Management:
- Partner and potentially lead on various HR Projects ranging from employee experience, benefits, and compliance programs on behalf the I&S sector in partnership with COEs.
- Be a forward leaning thinker in identifying and implementing process improvements with an eye on automation technology, and dashboards incorporating best practices
- Partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to develop and deploy strategies that address business needs in a consistent and standardized way
- Serve as a representative on working groups, articulating the organization’s requirements/needs and communicating actions back to the larger team
- Own HR Communication resources and hubs that connect process and policies to HR, Managers and Employees
- Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of with previous HR experience as a HRBP, HR project management, or relevant specialty role
- Know how to and are comfortable with operating in a small team that requires tactical operations, strategic thinking, and project execution
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive processes and program strategies to identify and optimize processes.
- Effective knowledge of leave and ER processes and programs
- You get excited about engaging with others including delivering engaging presentations virtually and in person
- You are skilled at making things look great Excel and PowerPoint
