Production Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee operations and employees in the Production Department, reporting directly to the Production Manager. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to providing technical assistance and direction to production department employees as necessary to ensure the quality, cost-effective, and timely completion of work associated with all company projects for which the department is responsible. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing personnel-related functions, including performance management, counseling, and recognition. They will also train employees in technical knowledge, safety, environmental, and communication areas. Additionally, they will oversee and monitor project completion schedules, investigate late activities, and assist with project supervision and the development of practical solutions to issues preventing timely and effective project completion. This will involve reviewing project schedules and budgets during the planning phase and providing feedback to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Production Supervisor will also play a key role in ensuring that employees are pursuing company goals for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and that they comply with company policies and procedures.
