Job Description
Join the BAE Systems' team and help shape National Security as a member of the Infrastructure Management Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, extensive project experience, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. They will be adept at navigating complex organizational structures, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively. Additionally, they will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital tools, and be able to communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and customers. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development through resource sharing across multiple programs and departments, enabling critical career broadening activities.

Additional requirements:

Work with a multi-discipline engineering team to perform plant and project engineering. Select construction materials and methods, write specifications, supervise and prepare electrical drawings, control cost, and manage work to meet project schedules
Perform electrical engineering analyses/calculations for one or more of the following: Medium Voltage Power Distribution systems, Sensors, AC<->DC Systems, PLC’s and Controls systems.
Electronic panel design for small- and large-scale systems, component selection and layout. (AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, ETAP or other related software)
