Job Description BAE Systems has an opening for a full-time remote Accountant I within the ES US Defense Organization. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, exhibits the ability to work independently and demonstrates strong skills as a team player. This position provides an opportunity to be a key contributor in a fast-paced financial accounting environment. This is a dynamic role with opportunities to participate on projects in support of the organization's objectives. This role is responsible for the application of a broad knowledge of accounting principles in the analysis and evaluation of program financials (Orders, sales, income, backlog, inventory, receivables) to ensure compliance with established policies and practices; providing support and guidance to the program finance community in the review and reporting of program financial results; and providing contribution to the program accounting staff in the performance of their responsibilities. Experience acquired in this role will provide a comprehensive base to the company financial systems and processes useful for future positions in Finance.
