Full-Time Salary Range: $66017 - $105628
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days. The posting will remain active until the position is filled, or a qualified pool of candidates is identified.
This position will report directly to one of the two PTP Plant Engineering Supervisors and will require a variety of Facility Maintenance responsibilities including but not limited to; carpentry, sheet rock installation & repairs, painting, doors & lock installs & repair, acoustical ceiling installs & repair, flooring system installs & repair, light moving and rigging, general grounds maintenance, along with other duties as required. The selected candidate will work in our Hudson NH facility, with approximately 500,000 square feet of mixed-use offices, various classes of clean rooms, various classified areas, manufacturing spaces, assembly spaces, R&D spaces and specialty labs.

Should have experience and be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:
- Operates forklifts and hand trucks as required to move supplies and recycling bins.
- Installs, moves and removes a variety of light, medium and heavy equipment using special tools and equipment such as staging, hoists and rigging. Erects and secures staging, hoists and rigging in compliance with codes and safety practices.
- Installs, maintains and dismantles a wide variety of facility equipment. Must be capable of working from blueprints, equipment drawings, schematics and manufactures specification and literature.
- Works independently and/or with a group of workers to complete assignments, renovations, fit ups or repairs. Must be capable of performing periodic maintenance inspection on all types of facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring that all work is performed and completed as specified by contract, engineering drawings/specifications and applicable codes.
- May be required to coordinate and execute personnel moves.
- May be required to pick-up and deliver urgently needed materials and perform miscellaneous stock retrieval duties.
- Must be able to operate within a computerized maintenance work order system. Qualitied candidate must be able to log work performed, provide a brief explanation of the problem and summarize what was replaced and or repaired.
- May be required to participate on special teams including but not limited to ice watch, emergency, and medical response teams.
- Candidate would be required to participate in the on-call after hours response rotation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

- At least 5 years of general maintenance or construction trade experience
- General computer skills
- Must be capable to participate in the on-call after hours response rotations
- Candidate would be required to participate in the on-call after hours response rotation.

- Previous experience in a Facilities Maintenance role
- Previous project construction supervisor role experience
