Job Description
Verifies, inspects and records receipt of incoming material to ensure timely delivery to designated areas.
Visually checks all incoming material to verify quantity and for any damage to package or contents. Compares accompanying paperwork against contents and original purchasing records to confirm that the proper items have been received and inputs verification of same.
Documents missing or damaged parts and completes necessary paperwork.
Adheres to Company guidelines regarding the proper handling of classified and/or hazardous materials.
Routes packages according to Inspection Code.
Supports Programs in tracking material movements within and external to the facility.

Other duties as assigned by the team leadership.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Requires a High School education and three to five years related experience.
  • Will be required to hold government clearance.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Good math skills with good understanding of PC applications.
  • Oracle experience a plus.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
  • Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and successfully put those instructions into practice.
  • Standing intermittently for long periods.
  • Ability to lift 35lbs independently.
  • Oracle experience preferred.
  • Govt / Military packaging experience a plus.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $48438 - $77500

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
