Job Description Will be responsible for managing a maintenance shop with 15-20 mechanics. Will manage budgets and present at a weekly meeting. Own the PM program within the shop to ensure government compliancy. Troubleshoot issues and introduce solutuions with results. Will be expected to strive for zero injuries and maintain a safe working environment.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Must have an industrial maintenance background both in mechanical as well as supervision. The candidate will need to have performed in a supervisory role within maintenance and have the experience needed to direct a maintenance shop. Must have knowledge of managing and meeting budgets. Skillset in industrial maintenance with the ability to troubleshoot in the field.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Industrial background in maintenance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
