However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to operating automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures.
The incumbent will be required to:
- Operate equipment such as mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, filtering equipment, pumps, and filling machines
- Perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identifies variations
- Execute processes that may generate high pressure and/or critical reactions and requires training in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
- Monitor and inspects work areas as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Education: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
- Experience: Use of automatic and manual chemical process equipment.
- Must have hands-on experience applying chemical films, such as conversion coatings, anodizing, or other surface treatments, to various substrates.
- Must have experience painting and priming components, assemblies, or systems for defense applications, including military aircraft, vehicles, or equipment.
- Must have experience working in a NADCAP-certified facility for coatings/painting or chemical processing, with a proven track record of meeting industry standards and regulations for aerospace and defense component coatings and surface treatments.
