from BAE Systems careersJob Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager who embraces challenges and is a motivated self-starter. This individual must be able to provide attention to detail in his/her work while maintaining a perspective aimed at making the program successful. Will lead a team of subject matter experts in fulfilling technical requirements for the Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division at Webster Field in St. Inigoes, MD. The team will support both urgent short duration projects and longer term requirements. Project team activities include procurement, fabrication, integration, testing and evaluation, installation, and fielding support for communication platforms. The selected candidate oversees and manages the technical project(s) and serves as a liaison between the BAE Systems contract management team and the government project leads. Prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and business resources needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
