Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst II to join our dynamic team, focusing on audio-visual solutions for customer engagements, special events, leadership meetings, and virtual events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual support and system management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adept at working directly with end users, service teams, and technical subject matter experts. While deep AV system administration is not required, success in this role depends on strong abilities in Audio Visual meeting support, clear and effective communication, and the capability to manage tasks across multiple events.

The ideal candidate will perform the following:
  • Manage and maintain conference centers, executive conference rooms, and interactive/immersive elements, ensuring seamless operation for various events.
  • Provide technical expertise on audio-visual equipment, including LED video walls, projection systems, Creston systems, Extron, QSYS Systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and various audio/sound systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for virtual engagement using Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide Audio Visual support for live events within our conference center spaces
