Your Mission:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge processes for fabrication, testing, and weld integrity to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
- Analyze NDT inspection reports and data to identify root causes and develop effective repair plans.
- Research and recommend state-of-the-art weld equipment and automation solutions to eliminate defects and enhance consistency.
- Conduct in-depth weld engineering analysis of materials and procedures to qualify weld procedures and performance.
- Leverage your expertise in metallurgy, material weldability, welding robotics, and programming to improve existing processes and create new ones.
