Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Simulation Developer to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. Knowledge of system integration, dynamic analysis capabilities, and a desire to mold Modeling, Simulation, Visualization, and Analysis (MSVA) processes and procedures are important traits we expect the successful candidate to possess and demonstrate. The Digital Engineering Expert will play a key role in shaping and implementing our organization's digital engineering strategy. This person will provide technical leadership and guidance to help drive digital transformation across the organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital engineering principles, practices, and technologies, as well as experience in applying these concepts to drive business value. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive digital engineering strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. The Digital Engineering Expert will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital engineering initiatives, develop roadmaps, and establish metrics for success.
