C4ISR's Adaptive Communications and Sensing product line has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. Our Operations Program Manager, (OPM), will oversee the coordinating of all Operations activities on a production Program. The OPM is the single point of contact for the Operations and Production team and is responsible for the execution of the program. The OPM oversees and manages the Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between the Program Office, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory. The OPM prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives. The OPM reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Finally, the OPM identifies all issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality requirements. |
