We are seeking an experienced Audio Video (AV) Project Manager Team Lead to join our diverse team of professionals and subject matter experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing challenging technical requirements for the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and United States Coast Guard (USCG) customers. The successful candidate will lead project teams to design, procure, fabricate, integrate, test, and evaluate AV systems. You will work closely with senior leadership, customers, and business unit departments to ensure projects meet customer requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define program technical objectives and strategies aligned with customer and contractual requirements
- Facilitate timely planning and conduct regular program reviews to monitor performance and quality standards
- Lead project teams, including engineering, finance, and contracts
- Develop and manage program plans, including Work Breakdown Structures, Statements of Work, Cost Estimates Packages, Schedules and Risk Registers
- Manage resource forecasts and ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule
- Interface with customers, sponsors, and end-users to provide program status and obtain feedback
- Ensure projects meet safety, export, and security standards
- Collaborate with AV leaders to keep aligned with industry standards and best practices
