Job Description

The Property Control Representative III maintains records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations. Maintains records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed: coordinates property transfers: conducts periodic property inventories: and prepares reports of property status.

The Property Control Rep III position will be part of a dynamic Asset Management Team that works closely with operations, supply chain, government property, contracts and program management. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Candidate must be able to support Asset Team by participating and supporting activities in property and fixed assets.

This position includes ensuring that stock keeping tasks are executed per all operating instructions and compliance requirements. Including but not limited to; safe and efficient material flow, tactical direction, transactions and inventory movements are compliant with Customer and Government requirements and regulations.

This role will be performed in a full-time on-site format, with the incumbent spending 100% of their time at our Endicott, NY offices. To be considered, applicants must currently reside within a reasonable daily commute of Endicott, NY. Relocation assistance will not be available for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures accuracy of all customer owned material in applicable systems and through physically verification, includes monitoring of data and performing regular physical inventories

  • Ensures compliance to company policy, procedures and government FAR & DFAR regulations regarding customer and government owned material

  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload to meet objectives in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance

  • Subject matter Expert for Oracle stock system transactions

  • Utilize advance technical computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents

  • Analyze & manipulate large amounts of data into comprehensive summaries and reports

  • Train co-workers on requirements of compliance with customer regulations, including but not limited to Oracle, Access database, Windchill, and applicable systems and provide direction as necessary

  • Perform internal compliance audits for Customer & Government Inventory

  • Demonstrates leadership of stockroom(s) activities

  • Identify and help implement process improvements

  • Interacts heavily with manufacturing value streams

  • Ensures Customer & Government Inventory is accurate

  • Conduct research and assign root cause of errors providing feedback to manager

  • Perform inventory adjustments and system transactions that have financial impact to customer and Government inventory per work instructions

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required



Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1+ years of applicable professional experience

  • Strong demonstrated command of Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload independently

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and participate in team activities

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Ability and willingness to recommend and lead process improvements

  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Sound interpersonal skills (organization, time management, etc...)

  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehousing environment

  • Ability to operate hand jack and lift up to 50 lbs frequently

  • Ability to work overtime as required

  • Possess adequate hand/ eye coordination and visual acuity to perform required tasks

  • Ability to read and fully comprehend written instructions in English

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44033 - $70454

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
