The Regional Director will lead our East regional team of 5-10 Technical Account Managers focused on maximizing client value and reducing churn for the Axonius platform. Your mission involves overseeing the health of strategic accounts, managing major incidents, and ensuring technical best practices are integrated into customer environments. By bridging the gap between complex technical issues and tangible business solutions, you will drive adoption and identify growth opportunities within large, distributed enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a regional team of 5-10 Technical Account Managers, providing direct oversight of engagement deliverables and professional development.
  • Analyze adoption trends, utilization data, and use case development to identify and mitigate renewal risks for license and success plan subscriptions.
  • Direct the resolution of major technical incidents by managing executive-level communications and expectations between the customer and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with sales departments to identify expansion opportunities for Axonius products within existing customer environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, or Technical Solutions Development.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of Technical Account Managers.
  • Proven experience managing technical engagements for large-scale, complex distributed systems.
  • Documented ability to present technical roadmaps and status reports to C-level executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in mapping specific business requirements to technical features within the Axonius platform.
  • Technical knowledge of database, application, endpoint, and network security architectures.
  • Experience implementing customer health frameworks to provide measurable technical recommendations.
  • Practical experience with business process automation across Sales, Service, and Support functions.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and provide after-hours technical leadership during major incidents.
  • Demonstrated track record of translating complex technical issues into documented business outcomes.
