Role Overview
The Senior Associate License Compliance Sales Representative is an experienced contributor who independently manages a moderate volume of compliance-driven opportunities. This role applies telemetry tools to identify violations, communicates with mid-level customer contacts, and supports resolution planning. It requires growing analytical and negotiation skills, and begins to coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and timelines.
Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Ownership: Serve in a quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving revenue through compliance-based new business and expansion opportunities.
- Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance engagements, applying standard procedures to assess and address violations.
- Business Analysis: Use telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance and prepare initial findings for customer engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with mid-level customer contacts to explain licensing findings and lead commercial conversations to drive resolution and business outcomes. Draft and send warning letters and usage reports, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models and begin applying product knowledge in discussions.
