Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce CRM applications. This role focuses on designing and executing automated test frameworks, validating system functionality, and supporting end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will lead test strategy and automation efforts for Salesforce implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams to ensure high-quality delivery. The role requires hands-on expertise in test design, validation, and continuous quality assurance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce testing, including configurations, customizations, integrations, and overall system architecture, with a focus on scalable and efficient test automation.

Roles and Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and define comprehensive test strategies

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Validate business requirements and workflows

• Maintain automated test suites across environments

• Test Salesforce features including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Validate reports, dashboards, and analytics

• Perform API and integration testing

• Understand Apex and customizations for validation

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

• Identify defects and work with developers for resolution

• Mentor junior QA engineers

Minimum Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline

• 5–10+ years of QA Automation experience with Salesforce

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Provar, TestNG, JUnit

• Strong Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

• Experience testing Apex and Lightning components

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps

• Salesforce certifications preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
