Job description
from Asana careersAsana is looking for a strategic, supportive, and business-savvy leader to manage our global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) community. This is more than a traditional operations role; it is a people-first leadership position designed to bring stability, clarity, and growth to a team that is the backbone of our executive leadership.
You will lead our full-time, global ABPs and oversee our offshore ABP support program. Your mission is to balance operational rigor with a human-centric approach, ensuring our ABPs feel supported in their career journeys while providing world-class partnership to Asana’s top executives.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
What you’ll achieve
- Bridge Strategy & Execution: Act as a high-level partner to the Head of RE & Workplace, ensuring the ABP function aligns with Asana’s broader business goals.
- Evaluate & Optimize: Conduct comprehensive strategic audits of internal programs. You will determine their long-term viability, impact on executive productivity, and whether to scale, pivot, or maintain the current model.
