Position Overview and Objective
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in shaping the future of Arctic Wolf by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across global regions and business functions. In this highly visible and strategic position the TA Partner will serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the entire recruitment lifecycle—from role definition to candidate selection—while ensuring an outstanding experience for all stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Partner bring the Arctic Wolf mission to life in every conversation, building deep, diverse talent pipelines and helping scale our teams with precision and care. This role requires a proactive, data-informed approach and a passion for continuous improvement, inclusive hiring, and delivering results in a high-growth environment.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate the Arctic Wolf story effectively to candidates, bringing the mission and values to life. Source high-quality candidates using a variety of techniques and platforms.
Manage and build talent pipelines for assigned business segments.
Engage talent through multiple channels to maintain a strong presence and provide a positive candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers through proactive intake meetings to understand role requirements to set clear recruiting strategies and communication the role in detail to the candidates.
Negotiate and close offers in alignment with candidate and organisational needs.
Advise leaders on recruiting best practices, providing insights supported by metrics and market data.
Collaborate cross-functionally and escalate issues appropriately to TA Leadership when needed. Drive and manage the full recruiting process using tools and systems (including Workday ATS).
Ensure accurate candidate records and maintain data hygiene throughout the hiring process.
Lead equitable and inclusive interview processes for all candidates.
Monitor candidate movement and maintain KPIs within Workday. Partner with all key stakeholders, including hiring managers, to ensure timely entry of interview feedback to facilitate smooth offer processing.
Build trust with hiring managers and stakeholders through consistent, high-quality execution.
Continuously seek to understand and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Work toward team performance metrics and hiring objectives in a results-driven environment.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as requested.
Key Skills and Experience
Bachelors or Master’s degree with minimum 5-8 Yrs of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
Independent judgement and ability to deliver results and work out contingency plans with minimal direction or supervision.
Ability to quickly understand and adopt technology and processes related to talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive. ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness and solution-oriented approach, generate suggestions for improving work, and develop innovative approaches and ideas high standards of integrity
Experience working with ATS systems (Workday a plus),Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret and leverage recruiting metrics.
Strong organisational and time management skills and attention to detail.
