Based in Shenzhen, you will lead on-site Capital Equipment program management at a designated contract manufacturing site. Working cross-functionally, you will drive the execution of program plans for both new and sustaining operations. You will plan, develop, and execute capital equipment deployment to support manufacturing by partnering with teams in the US and China. In this role, you will showcase leadership in asset life cycle management while collaborating closely with regional product line executives and contract manufacturer leadership.
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in functional and program management experience in a matrix environment across multiple sites through the entire asset lifecycle (Concept, Approval, Deployment, Transfer, Scrap).
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>PMP certification or demonstration of equivalent knowledge.
Track record of managing capital equipment repair and scrap processes.
Background in sophisticated capital equipment industries such as military, aerospace, automotive, or large agricultural machinery.
Familiarity with contract manufacturing environments.
Competency in using spreadsheet and presentation software.
