We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. The Marcom Quality Engineering team is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) building and maintaining internal test tools and automation solutions that support development, quality engineering and production teams. This role will lead a Hyderabad-based SDET team and drive execution on automation and quality engineering initiatives across the portfolio, partnering closely with QE leadership and engineering stakeholders in California to enable effective cross-geo delivery.
As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead a Hyderabad-based SDET team building scalable automation frameworks and horizontal tooling. In close partnership with QE leadership and engineering stakeholders in California, you will execute against shared objectives, improve CI signal quality, and drive measurable gains in automation reliability and adoption through disciplined planning and effective cross-timezone collaboration.
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
People management experience leading engineers (or strong technical/team lead experience with direct ownership of mentoring and delivery).
Strong programming foundation with the ability to understand and review production-quality automation code in Node.js or TypeScript.
