The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) Team provides consulting and direction regarding employee relations matters to managers, leaders and employees across our corporate lines of business. Key objectives include legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies is met in a consistent, objective and fair fashion that fosters the Credo. This is accomplished by a deep partnership with the Centers of Excellence’s (COE’s).
Apple's Employee Relations Business Partners conduct sophisticated investigations, provide advice and direction regarding employee relations (ER) matters to executives, managers, and employees across the organization. Key objectives include ensuring legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies is met in a consistent, objective and fair fashion. To meet these objectives, Employee Relations Business Partners partner closely with the People partners, management, Employee Relations Leaders, as well as Employment counsel in working sophisticated employee relations cases.
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>10+ years of ER experience
7+ years experience leading investigation and resolution of sensitive and complicated employee relations issues
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
Superb communication skills including effective listening, clear and concise writing and presentation
Consistently exhibits levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>Proven interpersonal skills to negotiate, influence, and resolve issues at all levels in the organization and in collaboration with dynamic partners
Strong time management and prioritizing ability to balance multiple urgent assignments simultaneously
