UX Writer, Customer Journeys

This role is part of the Product, Design & Marketing team on Apple Services, which includes a range of apps and services spanning productivity, entertainment, cloud, and commerce.

We’re searching for a writer who can craft compelling copy that bridges the space between marketing and in-product flows. You enjoy the challenge of communicating big ideas in few words. You’ll join a team of writers in pursuit of creating expressive, intuitive, and collaborative experiences that set new standards for the industry and connect people in meaningful ways.

The Writing arm of our Product, Design & Marketing team works across services and products, including ones that are currently available and ones that are just barely being imagined. As a UX Writer dedicated to acquisition and retention, your responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with partners in product, design, and marketing to craft compelling growth journeys across multiple lines of business
* Writing engaging headlines, push notifications, and other in-app touch points
* Balancing customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
* Advocating for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups
* Collaborating with growth and business teams, as well as designers and other writers
* Navigating project reviews, balancing feedback with best practices
* Designing and driving new methods to operationalize writing excellence
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>3-8 years of professional UX writing and/or copywriting experience
Direct experience working on growth campaigns
Experience collaborating across functions in product development
Understanding of how to use experimentation and testing to improve performance
Ability to present and defend writing choice
Comfort offering and receiving feedback and working closely with partners around the company
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Experience working with design and product documentation and familiarity with design tools like Sketch
A meticulous attention to detail
