We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join Appian’s Talent Acquisition team. We’re growing quickly and need a recruiter who can help scale the organization by attracting top talent for our technical teams. This role involves owning the full candidate lifecycle while acting as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, ensuring the right people are placed into the right roles.
This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leverages data, AI tools, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage elite candidates.
