About the role
The Partner Experience team builds and runs the Claude Partner Network: the program, operations, and infrastructure through which thousands of partners build, sell, and deliver on Claude. We are scaling from a founding team toward ambitious targets, and the systems layer is the foundation everything else stands on.
As Partner Business Systems & AI Operations Lead, you own that foundation. You are responsible for the Salesforce partner data model, the partner platform stack, the integrations between them, the data quality standard that makes the source of truth trustworthy for every team that depends on it — and the AI-powered automation layer that turns that foundation into leverage. You will spend as much time building agentic workflows and AI-augmented processes as you will administering systems.
