ABOUT THE JOB
The Emerging Talent Manager, Hardware owns Anduril’s early-career hiring engine for the hardware teams. This leader is responsible for managing a team of University and Early-Career Recruiters who deliver interns, new graduates, and entry-level hires across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
This is a people-leadership and delivery role — this role will not just recruit but will build and run the recruiting organization that hires the Emerging Talent hires for Hardware.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of University and Emerging Talent Recruiters.
- Own hiring outcomes for interns, new graduates, and early-career roles across multiple business units.
