About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled LRU Technician to join our maintenance team. The LRU Technician will be responsible for the assembly, repair, testing, and replacement of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) used in complex systems, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute precise electromechanical assembly of flight and development avionics hardware, including the fitting and integration of PCBAs, torquing, sealing, alignment, harness routing, thermal interface installation, and enclosure assembly to deliver fully integrated avionics units.
