ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead program execution for our Vehicles team, with a focus on Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs). In this role, you'll own the complete lifecycle from software development through hardware deployment in the field, serving as the critical bridge between engineering, test & evaluation, program management, and customer deliverables. You'll combine deep technical expertise with exceptional cross-functional leadership to shape roadmaps, drive stability, and ensure our autonomous vehicle systems deliver mission-critical capabilities on time and to specification. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of hardware and software, loves building in ambiguity, and is energized by seeing autonomous systems perform in real-world environments.
