Senior Account Manager, Automotive (Shenzhen)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall account strategy by building strong customer relationships and positioning the company for long-term growth.
Develop and execute account plans that convert customer roadmaps, market trends, and competitive insights into revenue growth and share gain.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, FAE, AE, Operation, and BU to win business and resolve complex issues.
Identify and accelerate high-value opportunities to maximize DIN, DWIN.
Expand engagement across executive, business, and technical stakeholders within the customer organization.
Manage commercial and operational risks with disciplined execution and strong business judgment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Based in Shenzhen.
- 10+ years of sales, strategic account management, or business development experience in Automotive Tier 1 or OEM.
- Strong English communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and effective in fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environments.
- Able to navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
