Operate and monitor automated test equipment for semiconductor devices.
Perform routine checking and monitoring of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) automated handlers and wafer probe equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Document and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
Update and maintain record for test development testing and experiment activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet test development goals.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new equipment and procedures.
Adhere to quality control standards and company policies.
