The Industrial Engineer partners closely with Operations and cross‑functional engineering teams to design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and factory layouts. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role that requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor—observing work, engaging directly with operators and technicians, and translating insights into practical, data‑driven improvements.

The ideal candidate is energized by solving complex problems, applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role plays a critical part in enabling efficient, scalable, and safe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve factory layouts, including new cell design, line balancing, and equipment placement.
Conduct time observations and perform takt time, cycle time, and capacity analyses for labor and equipment.
