The Role

As AMD continues its strong growth trajectory, our Talent Acquisition team is expanding to support increasing hiring demands. The Recruitment Manager will lead the team to complete full‑cycle recruitment needs for complex technical engineering roles, as well as Sales and Marketing positions, across one or more business units.

The Person

The Recruitment Manager is accountable for recruitment delivery across the Japan and Korea markets. This role leads the TA team and owns hiring outcomes end‑to‑end, including recruitment efficiency, team development, and stakeholder partnership. As a strategic advisor to the business, the manager drives talent outcomes by aligning hiring strategies with business priorities.
