THE ROLE:
- This position is responsible for product yield and wafer process improvement and requires strong wafer process knowledge, experience, and communication skills.
- Serve as the technical interface with Foundry/Design/Test Engineering teams to manage product yield commitments and engineering activities during the product development stage, including design validation, performance characterization, qualification, and release to production.
THE PERSON:
- Thorough understanding of device physics and semiconductor processing for advanced technology nodes.
- Experienced in statistical analysis, yield management, and yield improvement.
- Capable of setting priorities and moving several tasks forward simultaneously.
- Effective individual contributor who integrates well as a team player.
