SMTS SYSTEMS DESIGN ENGINEER
THE ROLE:
As a Principal Mechanical/Thermal Engineer in the Product Development Organization, you will be responsible for the infrastructure thermal design and implementation, validation and technology development for the AMD Instinct products. To accomplish this, you will need to interact with other key engineering teams such as silicon design, boarding engineering, validation, contract manufacturers and other leaders within AMD.
THE PERSON:
We are seeking a Principal Mechanical/Thermal Engineer to lead the design and development of mechanical and thermal systems for our next-generation Instinct products. This is a senior-level, hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of mechanical design, thermal architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.
