THE ROLE:
This role will analyze, design, develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate training programs/modules to meet the needs of AMD leaders across APJ. They will drive growth of leaders at AMD by creating development opportunities appropriate to employees across APJ, and in-person at the Penang, Malaysia AMD location.
THE PERSON:
We are looking for a self-starter and team player who can adapt quickly as priorities change. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate courses for individual contributors and people managers on a variety of interpersonal skills topics on development for leaders at all levels.
