Key job responsibilities
- Forecast inbound/outbound/transfers volumes at Fulfillment Center (FC) weekly and daily grain;
-Set up processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;
-Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation;
-Own day-to-day operations execution and implement quick actions to keep adhering to the plan.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in Supply Chain, working with operational/tactical planning at weekly and daily levels (inbound/outbound)
- Experience with statistical methods (e.g., A/B Testing, Regression)
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
