* Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research
* Screen and qualify candidates through initial conversations
* Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Achieve monthly sourcing metrics and SLAs
* Promote Amazon's employer brand in candidate interactions
* Support diversity sourcing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience

- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
