Key job responsibilities
• Drive adoption of AI tools on productions
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend nascent AI technologies for testing on productions globally that impact quality, speed, and/or budget
• Engage with promising vendors and manage successful deployment of innovative solutions
• Identify emerging trends and technologies that could transform production processes
• Build business cases assessing the implementation of AI solutions on productions
• Establish standards and best practices for using AI on productions
• Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and compelling business cases
• Partner with creative, production, production finance, post, and operations teams to integrate AI into production workflows
• Partner with operations and finance teams to measure impact of AI initiatives
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in film or television production- Knowledge of technology and AI tools and implementing them on productions
- Experience with innovation in production processes
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
