Multiple Positions Available:
1. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations
objectives
2. Responsible for managing and leading a team of Operations and
Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center (FC).
3. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and
other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the fulfillment center to meet and exceed business plan.
4. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and
customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
5. Establish and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations
and Area Managers. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the
performance of their departments.
6. Leverage the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and
nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement
plans for the functional area.
7. Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the distribution networks.
8. Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT
and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
9. Manage and lead operations and salaried workforce/team of area
managers to correct quality defects and effect process efficiencies to improve customer experience for Global Supply Chain Fulfillment/Distribution operations.
10. Perform deep-dive analysis of complex data collected from the
processes of the operations such as how orders are taken and
processed, to the items available for selection and how these items
are shipped and reach the customer, and continually innovate and
optimize the processes for cost reduction and operation efficiency
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $ 135,000/year to $ 182,700/year)

Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the

responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related

Experience must include:

The pay range for this position in Rochester, New York is $ 135,000/year to $ 182,700/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
