Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and customer sentiment of the Fleet in their respective region of Germany, Austria and Netherlands. To be successful in this role, this person will need to execute the business strategy and understand where to Invent and simplify solutions for the best outcome. This person will implement use of best practices and play a key role within the larger fleet organization across Europe. Key job responsibilities - Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon Standards by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Product teams. - The Sr. Fleet Operations Manager will execute existing fleet initiatives and new product launches and will support and engage with delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage their fleet. - Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs.
