Key job responsibilities As a Workplace Health and Safety Manager for AMZL Italy, overseeing a cluster of 5-7 delivery stations with a team of 5-7 direct reports (WHS Specialist and Technician), your key responsibilities include: - Manage your teams on-site, whilst regularly collaborating with other teams across the company - Use internal reporting tools to analyse data reports and root causes that provide leadership with the information they need to make safety related decisions - Provide guidance and arrangements for health and safety projects and policies - Drive programmes designed to improve the safety culture in Amazon A day in the life This is an extremely varied role where you will be leading the execution of WHS strategy across multiple Italian regions by partnering with site leadership and EU stakeholders to drive safety performance improvement and standardization.
