Amazon's Journey Orchestration team is hiring a technically skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end build and execution of global email, SMS, and push notification campaigns for corporate and hourly hiring. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you will write HTML/CSS code daily, configure automation workflows, troubleshoot rendering issues, and ship campaigns at global scale across Amazon's owned channels (amazon.jobs, hiring.amazon.com). The Journey Orchestration team within the Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization manages lifecycle marketing to acquire, nurture, and convert potential applicants — a free, owned marketing channel critical to Amazon's hiring goals. This role directly enables AIM's 2026 objective to achieve non-paid application share for Workforce Staffing and increase talent pipelines for Talent Acquisition. You are responsible for building responsive email templates from scratch, programming campaign logic within CRM and marketing automation platforms, conducting cross-client QA, and launching data-driven lifecycle journeys that deliver exceptional candidate experiences at scale. You will partner with Developers, Creative, Data Science, Analytics, Journey Planning, Legal, and Product teams to connect lifecycle activity to hiring outcomes.
