Amazon Global Selling (Existing Seller management) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Southeast Asia hub in Vietnam (Hanoi), supporting mature Vietnamese sellers — those in their second year and beyond on Amazon's global marketplaces. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of seller success and AI-powered innovation. In this role, you will focus on deepening engagement with established sellers, helping them unlock the next stage of their growth through diversified activities — both online and offline. You will develop timely, accurate, and actionable guidance and training sessions to accelerate seller adoption of Amazon campaigns, programs, tools, and features. You will also be at the forefront of leveraging Amazon's AI tools to maximize impact and scale. Working closely with your team, you will guide experienced sellers through their continued growth journey while shaping the future of AI-powered account management at Amazon.
