The ATS MX Transportation Operation Management (TOM) team is looking for an Area Manager with a strong delivery record, proven ability to drive process improvement, people management experience, and ability to motivate reporting team members to meet the challenges of an on-time driven environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring safe work environment for Amazon and non-Amazon workers.
- Audit and ensure compliance to all standard work, nail the plan and environmental regulations
- Meet the OTP/OTD target per shift.
- Own area performance metrics and communicate them to TOM Manager and site leadership.

- Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- 1+ years of experience directly managing others experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
- 1+ years of professional work experience
